Does anyone know of a water filter that removes fluoride from the water? It can be either the kind that attaches to the faucet or that sits on the counter (such as Berkey). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

This is a countertop filter model, priced $30-$40 at this writing. Each filter is good for 1,375 gal. @ 4 ppm fluoride.

Ion Farm Filters
Nature'sAlternatives.com offers several options for fluoride removal. The basic filter removes 20-25% of fluoride. Prefilters can be used to remove up to 97% of fluoride from the water.

Thank you, Steve and Truenorth; I appreciate your suggestions. We did end up getting a Berkey Light with the additional PF4 filter to remove the fluoride. We are thrilled with it! The water is the best we've ever tasted (including bottled) and we're happy to not be drinking all the garbage (literally) that is part and parcel of water here in Iowa. We recommend it to everyone.
