Reading in the Moscow Times about the Russian Nuclear Forces doing training exercises in the middle of this month (Feb 2004)...Their first such exercises since 1982, the US being a "target" in their drill. If this were being conducted with a Chinese Naval drill involving troop transports I would be especially concerned. Anybody have any feed back on the reports of the Russian exercise.
I'll do some research on their new weapons program concentrating on first strike capabilities and see if i can tie things together.. I figure they have about 5 or 7 years to be fully ready to start a war.. Ted
