My wife and I are looking for property in Western Colorado. We'd like to build a vacation home, then begin spending more time there as we grow older. Priorities are:
* 2.5 hour drive (or less) from Denver
* well water
* river or lake nearby
* trees
* near or bordering National Forest
* near a small town with amenities
