Looking for good families to join a cooperative enterprise. With the current world events and other impending diasterers, wouldn't it be nice to be with a group of people who think more like you, and are dedicated to helping you and your family in becomeing self suffient.
This is how it works: This cooperative enterprise at the present has 110 acres of choice land located in central Idaho, with a good growing season and mild climate. Each family would recieve a 2 acre parcel of land for their families own use, homesite, garden, etc. The remaining land would be for the use of the entire cooperative to produce food, pasture for livestock or other purposes that the directors may decide.
This enterprise has been in existence since 1994, there are currently 3 families living on the property. Each new member would be required to invest $20,000. Once again this investment would give you and your family 2 acres for personal use and access to the remainder of the 150 acres for livestock etc.. Not to memtion some good neighbors.
